  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray or oil
  • 2 small ramekins or silicone muffin cups
  • Water


  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare Ramekins:
    • Lightly spray the inside of each ramekin or silicone muffin cup with cooking spray or brush with a little oil.
    • Pour about 1 tablespoon of water into each ramekin.
  3. Crack Eggs:
    • Carefully crack an egg into each prepared ramekin, ensuring the yolk stays intact.
  4. Cook the Eggs:
    • Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
    • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks reach your desired level of doneness. Check around the 4-minute mark to ensure they are cooking to your preference.
  5. Serve:
    • Using oven mitts or a towel, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Be cautious, as they will be hot.
    • Gently run a butter knife around the edge of the eggs to loosen them from the ramekins.
    • Serve immediately over toast, salads, or your favorite breakfast dishes.
