Ingredients

Dough:

  • 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Peach Filling:

  • 2 cups (320g) fresh or canned peaches, diced
  • 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Roll Filling:

  • 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, softened

Icing:

  • 1 cup (125g) powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough:
    • In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
    • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt.
    • Add the melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.

    • Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
